San Diego Family Photographer | Pacific Beach

Hey again,

Let me stop for a second to tell you that I am seriously the luckiest photographer in the world. My clients are always so amazing to work with. That’s true of my session with the Boss Family, too!

The Boss family traveled from Washington State, Idaho, and New York for this exciting session. We met up at the Law Street Beach in San Diego, California and the weather was a little overcast but perfect for photo-taking. The beach was a little crowded, but that in no way stopped us from making the session epic! With that said, it was the Boss family that made this session such a blast.

When I asked Marilyn Boss about her family she told me her family consists of Lance Halley, her boyfriend of 3 years. A Wonderful man who served our country and is kind to everyone he meets. Her son Tom Drorbaugh, who is just starting in his career and has become the wonderful caring man she knew he would be. Her daughter Kady Drorbaugh, A senior year in college who has a sense of purpose that will help change the world and bring equity and inclusion for everyone.

As a family their favorite activity is to travel.

As you can see from the comments above and the photos below, this family is not only photogenic, but also a close-knit group who clearly love spending time together. Marilyn, Lance, Tom, Kady, and Holly are lucky to have each other.

When asked about words of wisdom, Marilyn said, “Relax and enjoy each other’s company. Don’t worry about the posing…Q will capture the essence of your family if you just let him.”
